Training begins Tuesday Jan. 19th for U15 & Tuesday Jan. 25th for U13 & U14 @ Connaught Park

Dues and Registration

$175.00 - Boys and Girls for Sept. 2009 to May 2010
Proof of Age is required
Please bring photo copies of:
your Birth certificate or Passport and student ID card. (photo ID is needed)

Grade 8 - 1997 - U13
Grade 8 - 1996 - U14
Grade 9 - 1995 - U15
Grade 10 - 1994 - U16 - Fall only
Grade 11 - 1993 - U17 - Fall only
Grade 12 & Grads - 1992 & 1991 - U19 - Fall only

U17, U18 & U19 - 1993, 1992 & 1991 - $175.00 - Fall only - includes Shorts and Socks
Training and Registration is:
Tuesday Sept. 8th & Thursday Sept 10th - 5:30 PM to 7 PM

U13 - 1997 will follow the Mini Training & Jamboree Schedule Sept. until December @ 10 Am every Sunday. Then in January, they will Train on Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5:30 to 7 PM and have league games with the U14s starting in Feb. on Sunday mornings @ 11:15 AM until April.

U14 & U15 will have league scheduled games in the Fall - kick-off @ 11:15 AM

U13, U14, U15 & U16 will have scheduled games in the Spring.

U13-U14 Kick-off @ 11:15 AM

U15-U16 Kick-off @ 12:30 PM

U17 & U19 only have league games in the Fall and DO NOT play in the Spring, due to BCSSRU (High School Rugby, which runs Jan. to June)

Training is on Tuesday and Thursdays @ 5:30 to 7:00 PM under the lights @ Connaught Park. Every Thursday night after training the Juniors are encouraged to stay to watch Rugby games on the Big Screen TV and eat with their team-mates. Food & drinks are served in the Clubhouse for a small fee.

U14-U15 games are on Sundays @ 11:15 AM

U16-U17 games are on Sundays @ 12:30 PM

U18-U19 games are on Saturdays @ 10 AM

This season the VRU will be running a:
U15, U17 and U19 league program.
U15 includes U14
U17 includes U16
U19 includes U18

The Spring will run as U14 and U16

The U17 and U19 - Awards Night Dinner is held @ the Clubhouse in late November or early December

The Junior Awards Night BBQ is held in early May @ the Clubhouse.

Registration Forms

Please bring these completed forms with you to Registration Day to speed up the process (Meraloma Rugby Junior Registration Form and BC Rugby Registration Form)

If you can not print theses forms out, we will have copies for you to fill in. YOU MUST BE REGISTERED and PAID in Full to PLAY RUGBY due to Insurance Liabilities. And Parents and Players must sign all registration forms.

Mouth guards - $3.00

If you do not wish to Volunteer there will be a $50.00 fee added @ registration.
